Nam Tok Muu

After wandering around for a couple of nights, we finally found a place that makes this dish. This is another one that's hard to find in the US. It's got grilled meat (usually pork or beef), onions, mint leaves and a bunch of other herbs, lime juice and milled roasted rice. Ezra loved the sticky rice that went along with it - he wanted it so bad, we couldn't shovel it into his little mouth fast enough. It's good to see him eating again because for the first few days he didn't really eat anything.
