Shan and Marisa had a party at their house. It was a blast.
We dressed up as missionaries. It was David's idea and I thought it was brilliant considering the minimal amount of effort it took and the reactions we got. The wife of an older couple who came to the party squinted at my nametag and said, "Sister...Grimmius, now where are you from?" I said, "Oregon" before I realized that she thought I was an actual missionary (hanging out at a Halloween party!) and then I quickly said, "Oh, this is my costume. And this (pointing to David) is my eternal 'companion'."
These next three pictures are of my awesome cousins.

Oh my gosh! I am speechless. Chicken Little? Spiderman? Missionaries (best ever)what a clever idea and so simple, Miss Piggy and who? Oh duh, KERMIT! I could not stop laughing. You guys crack me up. The Bull girls and Bronson... gorgeous. Little bee little jade and old man Emma!
Hmmm Maybe I'll rethink Halloween. Looks pretty fun the way you guys do it.
We're so glad you guys came and we had a great night too. Fantastic pictures Jade.
OH Jade you are a riot! I love the costumes and the photos are great. I can't believe how big your little boys are and I loved viewing your blog and feeling like I was catching up with you!
What the what???? These are so fantastic. Mike and I were laughing so hard about the missionary costumes, especially in Provo. I mean, that is so funny! And you look especially dorky, Jade. Ah, I love it!
Marisa. What? I mean, a party? With donuts and those bones and teeth? She's out of control. I wish I could have been there. And her costume made me wet my pants. That picture of her and Shan makes me actually glad for Halloween.
And that beehive on little Jade's head??? She brought a tear to my eye, she's so cute. And same for precious Eli in his chicken costume and Spiderman Ezra.
And finally, I love the Bull kids. I'm so jealous of you that you get to hang out with them.
I second Chels comment. I love all of your post. Pinched pix for the farm blog to share with family and friends. Your kids were darling, but I too had a good chuckle at the pair of missionaries. Like Chels wrote that "nerdy" look was perfect. You do realize I can vizualize David in bib overalls, pitchfork in havd and you as the loving farm wife by Grant Wood.
That picture of Ezra hanging from the fridge was hillarious! :) Looks like you had a fun Halloween!
