I was the photographer at the meeting today and got this picture which I think captured the general mood :) The teachers and other stakeholders were trying to come up with OVI's for their logical framework and yes, it was as exciting as it sounds.
Nick had the hard task of explaining the objectives in two languages and leading the subsequent brainstorming session. It actually turned out well in the end but it took quite a bit of facilitating.

What you guys are doing is amazing and fascinating and I hope you are enjoying it. I'm so happy you are being consistent with updates, too. I love getting this peek into what you are doing...
I identify. I always feel like that when I'm going over OVIs. Of course that's "objective vision incentives" right? Or the other OVI,"obvious vital initiatives". I'm all over it.
