Today was the first morning in over a week that the kids woke up happy. We have been under attack from some horrible flu virus (which I, so far, have avoided but to which David succumbed late last night). Here is some proof of happiness.

He is BEAUTIFUL. His face has a more grown-up, chiseled look since he's been sick and probably lost the last of his baby roundness. Wonderful pictures/lighting. He looks ethereal.

Hey Jade. I have a random question for you- was your mission president President Slater? Somehow I got talking about you to my good friend out here in Philly and mentioned you and David served in Thailand. Pres. Slater is a really good family friend of her husband's family. Just thought I'd ask!
