We went to Nick's house today and harvested a little rice. I say "a little" because they had harvested most of it before we got there and left a bit for us to try. It was fun but it made me think how not fun it would be if I had to do a whole field of it. Nick had these scythes and showed Ezra how to use it. Ezra was totally pumped about the whole thing. The kids love Nick's house because there is so much to explore and so many animals to play with. Eli loves the rabbit and cats in particular and Ezra loves all of Stephen's (Nick's son's) old toys.

Love the pig, puddle and boo boo...
Oh, that picture of Eli staring at the pig is so precious. I love Ezra shoveling, too. I can just picture how much he was loving his jobs.
You have to know Eli to know how funny that picture of him looking at the pig is. Cracked us all up.
Amazing and gorgeous reflection picture. Really amazing.
